Hey Jamoke,
If you're still interested in moving to Canada. Toronto would be the perfect place. It's got need for high class culinary experts, low housing prices (seeing how everyone wants to move out to Alberta), classy homes, Hockey which you like, and Poutine, as well as many Jamacians... I just came back from the 2015 Pan Am Games (again volunteering). I miss the city and it's nice homes.
