Every clip appears to be from a different .swf file. They each contain different styles of animation and motion, not to mention the fact that they do not coincide with the terrible story line they are suposedly illustrating. Looks like you simply did a horrific job of ripping them and clipping them together, then threw some random logo over it to make it look "original."
Also, you kind of just give yourself away in your author comments by saying, "you're proberly wondering if I stole this movie."
No, I'm not wondering. I know.

I'm not a huge fan of sprites to begin with and there's too much usage of long Family Guy clips in your flash, but I at least apreciated the use of Macaroni-Penguin's dancing Vegeta. You should give him proper credit for that somewhere, by the way.
On the possitive side, the sync was okay and sound quality was decent, just work on your own brand of humor without having to resort to FG so often. It's not that funny.
